When we bought our first investment cabin in Big Bear, we looked at all the management options we could find and, to be honest, they weren't what we were hoping for. Our property management includes handling every aspect of the entire reservation. We’ll manage the booking platforms, set house rules, manage the calendar, set accurate prices, talk to the booking platform reps when needed, personalize lock codes for each reservation before guests arrive and change them between reservations, handle permitting and talk to the county when needed, track and file the hotel taxes with the county, collect payment from guests, and send you monthly payouts along with revenue and reservation reports.

Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Amenities

As your Big Bear property manager, our competent and meticulous team will coordinate housekeeping, including regular turnovers, deep cleans, property inspections, supply quality sheets and towels, handle inventory and restocking consumable amenities, track maintenance needs, recommend quality contractors, coordinate repairs, yard maintenance, etc. Here’s a list of amenities we currently supply for guest’s comfort:
