At Bearadise, we provide full service Big Bear vacation rental management. As property owners ourselves, we know how much pride and joy your property brings you. When we bought our first investment cabin in Big Bear, we looked at all the management options we could find and, to be honest, they weren't what we were hoping for. We felt that there weren’t any short-term rental management options that met our standards, so we figured out how to maximize Big Bear vacation rentals ourselves, created the property management company we wanted, and now we’re offering that service to you!

Reservation Management
Our property management includes handling every aspect of the entire reservation. We know how valuable your time is, and want to take care of your vacation home so you can focus on the things you enjoy. We’ll manage the booking platforms, set house rules, manage the calendar, set accurate prices, talk to the booking platform reps when needed, personalize lock codes for each reservation before guests arrive and change them between reservations, handle permitting and talk to the county when needed, track and file the hotel taxes with the county, collect payment from guests, and send you monthly payouts along with revenue and reservation reports.

At Bearadise, we take pride in creating exceptional guest experiences. Our helpful team is available from 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week year-round, including weekends and holidays. We are here to assist guests throughout their stay, providing attentive care whenever they need help:

Our communications teammates have remarkable customer support experience, having worked as escalation managers and team leaders in call centers for Fortune100 companies. We then train them to specialize in hospitality, our unique Big Bear market, and the specific booking platforms we use. Their comprehensive training includes practicing with an entire year’s worth of past guest questions and scenarios to ensure quick and expert responses before ever messaging a current guest, with a special emphasis on guest happiness and crafting messages in ways that signal the booking platform algorithms to rank our listings well.
Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Amenities
As your Big Bear property manager, our competent and meticulous team will coordinate housekeeping, including regular turnovers, deep cleans, property inspections, supply quality sheets and towels, handle inventory and restocking consumable amenities, track maintenance needs, recommend quality contractors, coordinate repairs, yard maintenance, etc. Here’s a list of amenities we currently supply for guest’s comfort:
